At the age of 33, I have been on the self development/healing path for about 9 years (and several thousand lifetimes maybe!).

Born and raised in London suburbia, I consider myself to have been a happy and normal (albeit anxious) child and young adult. In my 20's I began struggling with depression and anxiety which culminated in a breakdown. I began to see a counsellor who introduced me to a new perspective of the world, of self, and of God. I had my first 'awakening' and life was never the same again.

Over the next few years I spent most of my time living and working abroad, reading all the self help/metaphysical books I could, and trying out different alternative therapies. Although these years were hard and punctuated by some real low points there were many good times as well. I returned to England in my late 20s and felt lost. Drawn to healing, but not very suited to the structure of Reiki, I did Eric Pearl's 'The Reconnection'. It knocked me off what little balance I had. I had always been sensitive to energies and highly intuitive and the healing I received massively amplified these traits, to my own discomfort!

 Life became unbearably hard and I did what I had to do to survive. I took courses and read yet more books, and received more healings from all quarters. Very slowly things improved. I joined a website forum designed for those of a 'spiritual' mind and met Jenn. Six months later I was together with her and her children in America and a new phase began during which I was guided as to how to apply all that I had learned to shifting the four of us into freedom and joy together as a family. I discovered new (and not always pleasant!) sides to myself, and adjusted to life as a Dad. We are now together in England creating a new and vibrantly happy life together.

My gifts are two fold. Firstly, in my use of energy to facilitate a healing, I am able to go directly to the core of the problem. My second gift is in my perception and understanding of what is needed to make change happen and my ability to initiate a change. I see very clearly how people are uniquely stuck, and see very clearly what is needed to get them unstuck! I am an NLP Practitioner, a Reconnective Healer, and am trained in many self help tools including EFT, the Sedona Method, and Byron Katie's 'work', but my most relevant qualification comes from my experience in the process of self-development and understanding of how it works.

Jenn

At the age of 35, Jenn has been on the path for much less time, but this just goes to show how quickly change can happen. She also comes from what could be said to be a 'normal' background. Raised in North Carolina, USA, in a Christian middle class family, her childhood and teenage years resembled many of those around her. Searching for meaning and direction as a young adult she was involved with the church up until her mid 20s. Life then took on a different shape when a boyfriend committed suicide - Jenn's guilt over the incident led her into an abusive and violent relationship which lasted for seven years during which time she left the church.

Jenn and her husband had two children together though the relationship finally dissolved to Jenn's relief, though leaving her a single working mother with no financial support from her ex. A session of Reiki soon after triggered Jenn's interest and exploration of the spiritual, though she quickly developed delusions of grandeur! Her ego was given a wake up call just a few months later and soon after we both connected deeply, firstly through email, then on the telephone, and finally in person. The few months that we spent together in America were hard on Jenn as she healed herself at an extremely rapid rate. During this time she transformed her relationships with her family and her children and defined her role as a 'Mom' in a new way. The move to England was a step that very much pushed her comfort zone, but it was a courageous move that she is extremely happy to have made. We are now settled in the beautiful Cotswolds area.

Jenn is a very natural and extremely intuitive healer and channeller, and has been gifted with many unique and powerful tools. Her primary work is with her use of energetic symbols, which she unlocks in order to release blocks to healing (see 'Our Work' for more information). She also understands how to clear negative energies, to cut cords, to work with the angels, to use sacred geometry, to work with chakras, and to access altered states of consciousness through which unhelpful beliefs can be released.
